Globally, anger and stress among people is on the increase. According to a BBC report, an opinion poll showed that out of 150,000 people quizzed in 140 countries ,1 in 3 people are stressed while 1 out of five experience anger or sadness.
While Paraguay emerged as the most positive country, Chad emerged the most negative followed by Niger.
The poll found that levels of stress were at a new high, while levels of worry and sadness also increased. Some 39% of those polled said they had been worried the day before the survey, and 35% were stressed.
