CBN Finally Breaks Silence,Approves Use of Old Notes_ Ada Nkong

The Central Bank of Nigeria has directed that old 200,500 and 1000 naira notes remain in circulation till December 31 2023. In a circular signed by the acting director corporate communications, Isa Abdulmumin, the apex bank said the directive was in the spirit of compliance with court directives.
