Governor Nasir Ahmad Elrufai has led a delegation of senior Kaduna State Government officials to China, for the 2019 Shenzhen Smart City Forum with International Friendship Cities.
This forum will share how to integrate Cloud Computing, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. The integration will help city managers build a secure, intelligent, convenient, and efficient social and economic environment, achieve sustainable, steady urbanization, as well as make cities more competitive.
The delegation includes Special Adviser/Counselor, Mr. Jimi Lawal, Deputy Chief of Staff, Peter Jones, Commissioner Planning and Budget, and Managing Director, Kaduna Markets Development Company.
The Forum runs for 2 days (May 14 – 15, 2019) and is hosted by Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government .
