Stroke refers to sudden weakness of an arm or leg, sudden confusion, sudden blindness or difficulty in speaking. Sudden severe headache is also a sign of stroke.
Some describe the headache as the worst of their lives or like a bomb has gone off inside their heads. There are two types of stroke; the wet stroke or Hemorrhagic and the dry stroke or Ischaemic.
It can be caused by too much blood in the brain or obstruction of the tap/artery carrying blood to the brain.
When you notice any of the above symptoms, go straight to a standard hospital.
The neurosurgeons can remove the blood clot or reopen the blood vessel.
