FIRST 3D MEDICAL SUPPORT ANIMATION RELEASED_Ada Nkong

True to their record of caring about the Nigerian patients, Brain and spine surgery consortium has released a 3 D animation, showing a testimony of a patient who was saved from permanent use of the wheel chair by the timely intervention of their team.

According to Christine, BASS media consultant,”What makes Mr Sendi’s story so poignant is that he knows without the speedy intervention of the BASS surgeon and his team he would have been confined to a wheelchair, his vibrant jovial hardworking self could have been faced with a very different future- paralyzed from the waist down his hopes of marriage children dashed, and yet here he is today, walking without even a limp, the scar of the surgery which opened his back cutting through the flesh, fat and tendons to get to the spine, now healed and barely visible”! Mr Sendi laughs, a lot a laugh of gratitude, a laugh which resonates through your body as a laugh of some one that knows he has been given a second chance of life and he is grateful for the very air he breathes.

The animation is an indicator that patients with brain and spine issues do not need to travel outside the country for surgery because according to Dr.Ogungbo ,”you might end up being operated by a Nigerian surgeon.
