BREAKING: COURT GRANTS INTERIM FORFEITURE ORDER ON 23 PROPERTIES LINKED TO MAINA_Ada Nkong

A Federal High Court in Abuja today granted an interim forfeiture order on 23 landed properties belonging to the Presidential Taskforce on Pension Reforms Committee former Boss, Abdurasheed Maina.

Justice  Folasade Giwa-Ogunbanjo granted the order on Tuesday after hearing a motion ex-parte by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

The application was moved by SM Abubakar under section 17(1) of the EFCC Act.
