Whilst many residents of Abuja trooped in to silver bird to share and celebrate the Yuletide season with their family and loved ones and indulge in some fun and games , really good ice cream and Xmas shopping, A few people also crashed the party with their nefarious plans .
Two thieves were apprehended on the property trying to make away with stolen items such as mobile phones and other personal effects .
One of the thieves was immediately apprehended by the security operatives on the property and taken away to be dealt with , the other was apprehended after the person he tried to steal from give him a thorough whooping before the intervention of the security.
And a few others got away to the utter dismay of the victims.
Christmas is a time of giving so it is indeed sad that some people tried to take away the joy of others on Christmas Day.
