A tweet on Laolu Akande Senior media aide to the Vice President says at a meeting today, an agreement has been reached with Governors from the South west on Amotekun.
A statement by Laolu Akande says the meeting held at the instance of the governors who met with the Vice president Prof Osinbanjo because the President was not available.
According to Akande, it was resolved that the arrangement should align with that of community policing.
Each state was also required to draw up legal documents to back the arrangement.
