According to the NCDC, 23 new cases have been confirmed in Nigeria.
Akwa Ibom state which had no cases now has five cases. Nine in Lagos ,7 in the FCT ,1 in Kaduna and 1 in Bauchi state brings the total number of cases to 174.
This is the highest number of cases recorded in one day.
More states are keying into lockdown with Nassarawa state beginning curfew from 6 pm tomorrow.
