The total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria have risen to 254 with 16 new cases confirmed by the NCDC.
Ten of the cases are in Lagos, 2 in the FCT, 2 in Oyo,1 each in Delta and Katsina states.
So far, 44 persons have been discharged with 6 deaths recorded.
The number of active cases therefore stands at 204.
Abuja, Lagos and Ogun state have been on lockdown by the Presidents order while several other states have effected various degrees of lockdown.
Churches and Mosques have also remained close to achieve social distancing.
