You know how an idea seems good but you keep putting it off. Then you wake up one day and say let’s do it!
Lucky enough, I had a friend crazy enough to set it up and try the waters with me. Add doggedness and stick-to-itiveness and we were good to go.
The sole intension was to bring news devoid of sensationalism to your doorstep and though its sometimes a bit tight fitting that tall task into a full time job and other cares, here we are one year down the line.
The Team has expanded to include Jeffrey and Erik and though they would sometimes take flight as they have for a couple of weeks, all the hair raising stuff you read here is thanks to them.
Not to mention Dr Biodun Ogungbo whose flair for writing belies the dexterity with which he looks into brains and spines. A Hematoma has nothing on him and Lumbar spondylosis is as small a task to him as are all those educative health pieces a and witty stories he does.
For all my senior colleagues who have offered constructive criticism, thanks. You keep me on my toes when I write.
For the handlers of parastatals who send in first hand information and enable us inform our readers, you are invaluable.
