The Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika says the Private Jet company , Executive Jets, which took Naira Marley to and from Abuja acted fraudulently in violation of the approval they were given.
Sirika who spoke during the PTF daily briefing says the company got approval to fly Justice Adefope Okojie and not Naira Marley so its operations will be suspended.
Outlining the sanctions they will face, the Minister said their services will be suspended, they will pay the maximum fine and the Captain will also be dealt with in accordance with the law for giving wrong information to the control tower.
The Minister reiterated the fact that though the government wants to see airline operators grow, violations of any kind will not be condoned.
