As the government of Cross River State continues to insist the state is free of Covid-19, the University of Calabar teaching hospital says a Covid-19 patient in the state has recovered and been discharged.
In a letter signed by Prof Ikpeme, the management urged staff of UCTH to protect themselves maximally .
They also urged the public to adhere strictly to Covid-19 guidelines in their own interest.
