A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has nullified the disqualification of Jarigbe Agom, member representing Ogoja/ Yala constituency in the National assembly and a candidatei. The PDP primaries for the senate bye election holding 5th September in Ogoja.
Jarigbe Agom enjoys a lot of support especially from the younger generation who see him as a mentor and from the older generation who have benefited from constituency projects championed by him.
