In what will put an end to the controversy surrounding the Cross River North Senatorial Bye elections, the Supreme court today ruled in favor of Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe.
Recall that Dr Stephen Odey had headed to the supreme court after the appeal court judgment that saw Jarigbe Agom presented with a certificate of return by INEC.
