Shortly after he trended on social media for being spotted in a gateman’s apparel opening the gate in a clip which sparked mixed reactions on Instagram and saw him take to the streets of Lagos to preach the gospel of hard work, Egbon Cass has released a new song titled Hustle.
He featured Ghana’s famous Mastergazy in the inspiring as well as stirring song.
According to the Cross River born graduate of public administration from the University of Calabar, he was inspired to write the song after he saw how people looked down on genuine hard work and glorified Ill gotten wealth.
Hustle encourages young people not to hide their faces because of their present status but to hold their heads high a and be noticed for elevation.
Egbon Cass has done several covers, prominent among which is Burna Boy’s Dangote as well as a song he released not too long ago titled Oba. He favors rap music and has done a couple of local and international collaborations .
