Just after he put out his new song Hustle, celebrity gate man Egbon Cass has clinched two awards at the Cookout Africa song writing master class with Grammy winner Vincent Berry sponsored Afrexim bank.
The fast growing Cross River born rapper Erik Ogar took to his Instagram page to celebrate his win. He got two of the four awards which sees winners get royalties for their work.
Egbon Cass won the award for the first bar and another for the most valuable person in the contest which gained him an invitation to Cookout America where he will compete with American artistes.
Speaking to Newsannexonline, the elated songwriter, producer and rapper said he is excited because he ” worked with a Grammy award winner and won two awards”
According to him, “Vincent Berry has worked with everybody from Chris Brown to Beyonce which is why I feel honored to have worked with him”.
