The Calabar campus of the university of Cross River state has been shut down temporarily.
According to a post by Cornel Ellah, head of Unicross media,this follows an attack by hoodlums on a student of University of Cross River that led to the student’s death and the tension that has accompanied that sad incident, leaving the management of the university with no choice than to temporarily shut down Calabar campus of the university.
Ellah said the development is meant to secure lives and property.
Consequently, students are directed to vacate the campus immediately.
