The Inspector General of Police ,IGP Usman Baba Alkali has approved the appointment of DCP Tunji Disu as Head ,police intelligence response team.
A statement by CP Frank Mba says the appointment is as a result of management’s decision to fill the gap in leadership within the unit and refocus for better delivery.
According to Mba, the IGP charged Disu to demonstrate his professional competence in his leadership of the unit.
Prior to his appointment, DCP Tunji Disu was former commander of the Rapid Response Squad Lagos star. He was also the deputy commander of operations,force head quarters Abuja.
