Twitter has agreed to open an office in Nigeria in 2022.
The Minister of information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed made this known after the virtual FEC meeting today.
He said the federal government’s interaction with twitter so far has been positive and free of hostilities.
” We have made it clear what we expect from twitter ,the end of a peaceful resolution is near”.
“We have had physical and written encounters with twitter,in fact we are almost there”.
Twitter has been very flexible,and the conversation has,not been acrimonious.
