INEC National Commissioner, Mary agbamuche -Mbu has presented a fresh Certificate of Return to Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe Senator-elect of the Cross River North Senatorial bye- elections. This follows the July 30, 2021 judgement of the Tribunal-Appeal sitting in Calabar which declared him the winner of the elections.
The Senator-elect while speaking with Newsmen, returned all glory to God and the people of Cross River North for their support.
According to a statement by his media team, the action today was in-line with the law and in compliance with the court judgement which was delivered in Calabar.
The Senator elect has consistently on his social media handles stated his reliance on God for justice.
