Reports reaching us say former Senate President Joseph Wayas has passed on.
He reportedly died in a hospital in London.
While details are still sketchy, recall that he was visited in a London hospital by Cross River State Governor Prof. Ben Ayade three weeks ago.
Wayas served as Nigeria’s third Senate President during the second republic.
