…. Says He Will Be Fair To All Deltans.
Moved by humility and positive zeal to serve Deltans, the number two citizen of the state, current serving Delta Deputy Governor, Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro has said that he will be fair to all Deltans as Nigeria’s most loyal Deputy Governor consults the eight Local Government Area Chairmen of People’s Democratic Party, PDP in Delta Central Senatorial Districts of Delta State.
Delta Deputy Governor, a seasoned conflict resolution and management expert, appealed to the Chairmen of PDP from Delta Central which includes amongst others: Uvwie, Sapele, Okpe, Ughelli North, Ughelli South, Ethiope East, Ethiope West, and Udu LGAs as he made known his ambition to contest as one of the Governorship aspirants in Delta State come 2023 Gubernatorial election.
Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro who solicited the support of the Delta Central PDP chairmen and told them that he is partly an Urhobo man as his late grandmother is from Emadadja Community in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State.
Speaking to the Party Chairmen who are also delegates in the forthcoming PDP primary elections , he promised to be fair to all Deltans if he emerges as the Delta PDP Guber Candidate, aa party’s flag-bearer in the forthcoming PDP primary election in the state come this year 2022 to win the general election in 2023 to govern Delta State.
He noted that he will strengthen the party in the state, give equal opportunity to all Deltans irrespective of ethnic diversity, and promote continuity of projects, and consolidate on the stronger Delta agenda of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa by giving equal development to the three Senatorial Districts of the state, making sure that the entire economic sectors are revamped towards the promotion of Socio-economic development of the state.
Responding to the appeal made by Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, the foremost Governorship Aspirant in Delta State, the Chairmen commended his loyality and trusts which he had earned in this administration, his expertise, and experience in leadership while they promised to give him the needed support.
The party Chairmen also stated, “As party leaders and delegates in the forthcoming PDP primary election, everyone will vote according to the dictates of his or her conscience. We urge every Governorship Aspirant to work hard to test their popularity at the field on the primary election day. We have noted your consultation with gratitude. We will give equal chances, level playing ground to all aspirants and everyone will vote in line with the dictates of his or her hearts and to any candidate of their choice”.
