The Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi Friday, paid a condolence visit at the home of Senator Abubakar Sadiq Yar’Adua in Katsina, Katsina State.
Amaechi in his words of support and encouragement to Senator Yar’Adua said “Death is inevitable. No body can avoid death. We are here to condole with you our brother and friend, Senator Sadiq Yar’Adua on the passing of your beloved mother. I was told she died at 86 and survived by seven children and many grandchildren.
Amaechi further said, “She lived a fulfilled life and we can only pray for her repose soul. May Allah accept her soul”.
Senator yar’Adua thanked the Minister for the visit and prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of his mother who he said lived a good life.
On entering Katsina town, the Dan Amanar Daura was given a rousing welcome by the youths .
