First female vice chancellor of the university of Benin, and first female doctorate degree holder in Nigeria, Prof Grace Alele Williams is dead.
She died at 89 though circumstances surrounding her death are not clear yet.
Prof Williams was known for drastically reducing cultism in UniBen during her tenure.
