The CEO AF Royalton Universal Projects and Investment, Mr Franklin Ajayi has called on Nigerians to be proactive in solving the problem of shelter by taking advantage of the special offers made by his company.
Mr Franklin Ajayi made the call during the launch of the company’s new branch in Jikwoyi, Abuja.
While cutting the ribbon to officially open the office, Pastor Sam Jesse, congratulated the company for the consistency in the past 11 years and prayed for greater heights.
Speaking at the event attended by friends, family as well as some clients of the company, Mr Ajayi said in it’s 11 years of existence,AF Royalton has provided affordable housing for many Nigerians through it’s projects in Lagos, abuja, and 3 other states in Nigeria. According to him, they have expanded their reach to Lusaka, zambia and are currently pursuing other international projects.
He said the Estate in Kurudu.Pinnacle royale estate just by army estate, Deeper life road necessitated the location of the new office in Kurudu for proximity to clients in the vicinity.
Responding to questions as to the unique selling points of AF Royalton, Mr Ajayi said ” our word is our bond”.
While responding to questions from guest on the special offer, Mr Ajayi said they can go on site and build after making commitment. On his part he gave assurance that the company has a tradition of doing due diligence to ensure papers are genuine for all their estates.
He added that AF Royalton has established relationship with Jubilee life mortgage bank to ensure clients access single digit loans.

Nuhu idris, a customer testified that he had proven the integrity of the company. According to him, he met Frank Ajayi in 2020 when he was introduced by someone and probed to ensure proof. He finally settled for AF Royalton after trying many developers. He said the company is tested and trusted while applauding their peculiar 3 bedroom pent house design.
While encouraging the guests to take steps to own a piece of the estate the CEO admonished that it is cheaper to build than buy already built property.
