The industrial court sitting in Abuja has ordered ASUU to call off it’s strike.
The court gave the other Wednesday in Abuja in a ruling delivered by the Judge Polycarp Hamman on the Federal Government application for an interlocutory injunction against the 7 month old strike.
Mr Hamman delivering judgement dismissed ASUU’s objection to the suit
