A stalwart of the People’s Democratic Party in Cross River state, Chief Hart Modey has congratulated the organizers and participants in the just concluded 1 million march for Senator Jarigbe Agom.
Chief Modey who spoke to our correspondent from Saudi Arabia, expressed joy at the initiative of the youth in holding public office holders accountable by celebrating the Senator for delivering on his mandate.
According to him, it was a welcome development for the youths to unite and achieve such a great feat.
“The 1 million march for Senator Jarigbe Agom has come and gone, congratulations to the organizers and participants of this incredible event”.
“This March should afford every youth of Cross River North to be united, cooperative and speak with one voice”.
He further advised youths as the campaigns begin to be civil,and play politics of ethics with out violence rancour.bitterness, resentfulness and spite among themselves.
The stalwart described the march as colorful, decorated and eventful. According to him,” this event will remain indelible and historical in the political sands of time in Cross River Northern senatorial district .
Chief Modey said it was a clear demonstration of the people’s acceptance , appreciation for good leadership and loyalty to feasible projects and accomplishments in Cross River Northern senatorial district by Senator Jarigbe Agom.
Recall that massive crowds turned out on Saturday October 15 2022 in a donor funded March in support of Senator Jarigbe Agom who represents Northern Cross River in the Senate and is seeking re-election.
