
Chief Hart Modey has felicitated with Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe on his victory in the just concluded Cross River North Senatorial Elections.
In a statement made available to our correspondent, Chief Modey said the victory was a vote of gratitude by the people as well as a call to do more.

According to him, the people of Cross River North have great expectations in terms of infrastructural development and empowerment for all. He however said given Jarigbe’s performance so far, he is optimistic that the senator elect is equal to the task
The PDP chieftain also congratulated Godwin Offionor and Chief Peter Akpanke the PDP house of representatives candidates for Ogoja/ Yala and Bekwarra/ Obudu for their victory in the elections.
He urged them to be conscious of the fact that the people of Cross River North are now politically aware and will not settle for less than quality representation as has been demonstrated in the polls.
Chief Modey congratulated the people of Cross River North for keeping the elections violence free and called on all to exhibit the spirit of sportsmanship and maintain peace irrespective of their candidates performance in the elections.
