Chief Bassey Esin Condems Chimamanda’s Letter to Biden, Urges Nigerians to Focus on Transition _Ada Nkong

Former transition secretary and APC stalwart from Akwa Ibom state, Chief Bassey Esin has called on Nigerians to ignore all distractions and focus on a smooth transition.

In an exclusive interview with Newsanexonline in Abuja, Chief Esin said *this is the time for us in Nigeria to stay focused and, give thanks to Almighty God for giving us a man who will restore our hopes and fulfill our aspirations, the man who will reconstruct and rebuild Nigeria turning it into a NATIONAL EDIFICE”.

He further described the President Elect Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as *a man with sufficient intelligence, capacity, and commitment to the development of the Country and the people,a very patriotic Nigerian and,the man with a very clear vision to deliver to us the esteemed Nigeria of our dreams*.

He warned Nigerians not to listen to propaganda from Peter Obi, his running mate or other parties not in agreement with INEC’s declaration of Sen. Bola Tinubu as president but to rather work towards a transition that will usher Nigeria into a government of Renewed Hope as promised by the president elect and his team.

He condemned Chimamanda Adichie’s letter to Joe Biden which according to him called for Biden to validate Tinubu’s emergence.

. According to him *Chimamanda forgot that when Joe Biden won election in the USA he was accused of rigging, did Chimamanda send a letter to Nigeria or any other African Country not to recognize Joe Biden as the POTUS?*

* In every Political contest a winner must emerge. When the winner emerges those defeated will always complain of rigging. We don’t know how many times Chimamanda has visited Nigeria after going to America, nor do we know whether she voted during the Presidential election. We don’t know if she is aware of the changes brought into Nigeria by the APC Government”.

Chief Bassey Esin expressed confidence that the administration of Sen. Bola Tinubu will be for the good of Nigerians.
