Niger Delta Challengers have applauded President Bola Tinubu for hitting the ground running.
In a statement signed by the national coordinator , Engr. Princess Tina Onojeghuo and made available to journalists in Abuja on Friday, the group congratulated the president for a successful inauguration and expressed confidence in his ability to steer the ship of the country.
According to Princess Onojeghuo, just a few days in office, the president has clearly demonstrated that he means we’ll for Nigeria and is committed to tackling the economic challenges bedeviling the nation
Speaking on the appointment of Senator George Akume former governor of Benue state as secretary to the government of the federation, the group said it is a welcome development as Senator Akume is a man of competence and integrity.
” We are happy that Mr President made the right choices in the recent appointments especially in picking Senator Akume as secretary to the government of the federation. Given his sterling qualities, we are sure that better days are ahead for Nigeria”.
Engr. Onojeghuo also commended the choice of Femi Gbajabiamila as Chief of staff. According to her he has distinguished himself at the national assembly and deserves the position.
They called on Nigerians to exercise patience and allow the new administration roll out programs which according to them will in time make obvious difference in the fortunes of Nigeria.
