Governor Bassey Otu has rolled out his first set of appointments.
In the list signed by Dr Innocent Eteng, permanent secretary, office of the secretary to the government, Prof Anthony Owan-Enoh was appointed secretary to the state government while Hpn. Emmanuel Ironbar was appointed chief of staff.
Other appointments include senior special adviser security Major General Okoi Ubi Obono Rtd.
In a similar development, the governor has set up a task force to recover government property as in the list above with Chief Ochicha as chairman and Barrister Emmanuel Eyo as secretary.
