It was a colorful gathering at the River plate garden Abuja when friends and well wishers of Senator Jones Eteng gathered to celebrate him on his inauguration into the 10th national assembly.
The event which was graced by the creme de la creme of the south and central senatorial district of Cross River state was graced by the likes of former governors of the state, Donald Duke and Chief Clement Ebri, former Law makers, Senator John Owan Enoh and Hon Chris Agara, Hon Victor Owan and other APC stalwarts.
Also present was Dr Beta Edu, national women leader of the APC.
Senator Jones made his entrance to a rousing ovation from constituents friends and family.
He thanked the people for the confidence reposed in him and promised to represent them well.
Several persons spoke pouring encomiums on the senator and wishing him a successful tenure.
Senator Jones Eteng on his twitter handle has promised another reception for those at home who could not make it to Abuja for the inauguration.
