Dr Simisola Alabi , a Nigerian UK- based specialist in health care policy and leadership has expressed optimism that the forth coming conference organized by the Nigerians in Diaspora commission will create opportunity to foster a unified approach to national development.
In a statement made available to our correspondent, Dr Alabi expressed joy over her meeting with Dr Abike Dabiri-Erewa, chairman of NIDCOM in Abuja. According to her, the meeting which was at the instance of the CEO provided an opportunity to discuss efforts to improve health outcomes across Nigeria and the UK by her organization.
“Our conversation encompassed the impactful work of Doctors for Change and WIMpol of WIMBIZ, organizations that I am passionately involved in. I am thrilled to witness the positive outcomes that will result from our discussions going forward”.
“As we look ahead, I am excited about the forthcoming conference of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, scheduled for July 25th. This platform will serve as a catalyst for further dialogue, collaboration, and the harmonization of efforts among diverse stakeholders. Dr Alabi acknowledged the role of NIDCOM in enhancing development in various sectors.
