Workers across Nigeria on Wednesday entered the streets to protest what they call ”anti-masses policies” of the Tinubu-led government.

Part of their complaints are the hardship faced by the people due to the fuel subsidy removal by President Bola Tinubu.

Although, Tinubu has shared his plans to alleviate the hardship, the Labour Unions say it is not enough.

From the nation’s capital, Abuja, to the commercial hub, Lagos, Kano, Abia, Rivers and other states, hundreds of workers under the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC0 and Trade Union Congress (TUC) carried placards with different labels to show that they are not happy with the government

The labour unions on Tuesday insisted that they will not suspend the planned action despite President Bola Tinubu’s speech on Monday reeling out plans to make things better for the people.
