A physics teacher with Federal Government College Vandeikya,Mr Tyohemba Samuel Terlumun has been nominated for a merit award by President Bola Tinubu.
The award ceremony is to hold on the 5th of October 2023 in Abuja.
The awardee has taught physics for a total of 24 years. 20 years as PTA staff and 4 years as a permanent staff with the federal ministry of education.
Mr Tyohemba expressed gratitude to the president for the honour,and appreciated his principal, colleagues, students and family for being part of his success story.
“I thank his excellency President Bola Tinubu Ahmed president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of education for giving this award to me”.
“I am grateful to God, the principal of Federal Government College Vandeikya, Mrs J.S Sende and everyone who has always been a part of my journey from my colleagues, friends and my family. This award improves my self confidence ,I will do more hard work by His grace”.
