Women have been urged to invest in themselves as a means of fostering inclusion.

Founder and CEO of Endam Home of Hope gave the charge during an outreach organized by the foundation to mark the 2024 International women’s day,
To mark the annual event ,Endam Home of Hope held an outreach in Mpape where women were given a talk on the theme for this year, Inspire Inclusion.
The CEO Endam home of Hope while speaking at the event urged women to believe in themselves.According to her there is nothing that a woman cannot be if she believes in herselfs
She urged women to invest in themselves so as to be able to take advantage of opportunities and to be suitable to be invited to the table.
Women were urged to invest in the girl child and nurture the culture of inclusion in the boy child by the guest speaker Francisca Ogar. She stressed the need for both female and male children to be given equal opportunities right from childhood especially with regards to education.
A participant at the event Mrs Berii Jacqueline applauded the foundation for her consistency in reaching out over the years. She called on women to ensure they get a means of livelihood as this she said would minimise abuse and marginalisation.
Highpoint of the event was the distribution of food items to women present.
8th of March is celebrated all over the world as international women’s day.
