The Nigeria Railway Corporation says train services on the Abuja-Kaduna rail corridor will continue as usual despite trail derailment.
A statement signed by Mr Mahmood Yakub Deputy Director Public Relations says it was a minor derailment and all passengers aboard the train from Rigasa to Abuja got to their destination safely.
There was a minor derailment of a coach at Jeremy station this morning of a train on the Abuja-Kaduna railroad.
According to Mahmood, a team of NRC Engineers are already at the site to restore the affected locations.
He further said the Nigerian Railway Corporation Management regrets any inconveniences to the affected valued passengers.
