The Has declined jurisdiction in the Edo PDP candidate’s case involving a forged voter’s card.
According to our source the Court presided over by Hon. Justice Omotosho held that the allegation of forged voters card is not one of the requirements for disqualifying a governorship candidate under the Nigerian 1999 Constitution.
