On this auspicious event of your birthday anniversary, the Who is who forum in Northern Cross River State heartily celebrates our dear Governor ,Sweet Prince Sen Bassey Otu .
Of a truth, you have demonstrated a unique sense of leadership with commitment to the welfare of the people and enhancement of economic growth in the State
Your inclusive style of governance ,people first style ,has brought about a renewed sense of hope for all Cross Riverians irrespective of locality ,religious or political affiliation.
We as a forum particularly appreciate your efforts to restore the fortunes and assets of Cross River State , a feat we see you achieving already for the common good of the people.
Your singular act of helping us to repatriate the corpse of our late leader ,icon and former senate president
Dr Joseph Wayas GCON , saving us from shame and embarrassment as a people cannot be overemphasized and we do not take it for granted.
