Air peace 10th Anniversary: FG Commends Airline Resilience, Assures Ease of Doing Business

As Air Peace celebrates its tenth anniversary, Vice-president Shettima Kazim has commended the company and the CEO Allen Onyema for resilience, innovation and resilience in the sector.

The Vice-President who was represented by minister of transportation Sa’id Alkali said Allen Onyema had flown the Nigerian flag beyond expectation.

“We are here, first of all, to recognize the immense contribution Air Peace has made to Nigeria’s aviation sector and to our national pride. Air travel is not just the business of moving people from one destination to another; it is a bridge for commerce, tourism, and global integration. We are grateful to Air Peace for what it has endured to expand our domestic routes, as well as for reaching international destinations, positioning Nigeria as a major hub for air travel in the region”.

He commended the leadership of the company for building resilience despite the challenges facing the aviation sector globally.

“Air Peace has weathered these storms, displaying an exceptional level of resilience that speaks to the strength of its leadership and workforce. This tenacity reminds us that while aviation is an industry of risk, it is also one of vision, and Air Peace has shown the way by turning challenges into opportunities for growth.Distinguished ladies and gentlemen, as a government, we are proud to witness the strides Air Peace has made. It is a reflection of what Nigerian businesses can achieve when given the right support and environment to flourish”.

He called on Air Peace to prioritize people, listen to them and carry them along.
