Cross River Journalist Forum celebrates Sen. Bassey Otu on this auspicious occasion of his 66th birthday.
In a press statement jointly signed by the Chairman Francisca Ogar, and Secretary Ralphael Ekpang, the forum lauded the Governor for his sterling leadership which has transformed governance in the state.
They noted that since his tenure, Gov. Otu has demonstrated a clear resolve to move the state to enviable heights through policies that foster development. With the recent ranking of our state in terms of Internally Generated Revenue, there is no doubt that Cross Riverians are indeed in a season of sweetness under his leadership.
The forum added the recent reforms in education and the empowerment extended to 400 farmers who were given 2million naira each for farming will go a long way to create a sense of confidence in the people centered governance of our Governor.
“We pray for abundant blessings, good health, and more inspiration to produce more results and move Cross River State forward. “Happy birthday your Excellency, and many more years of impact” the statement concluded.
