Plateau state recorded a very high number of cases, close to Lagos as the NCDC update for 27 July reveals. Thr total number of cases confirmed so far stands at 41180, 18203 have been discharged while 860 deaths were recorded.

With 555 more cases confirmed in Nigeria, over forty thousand covid-19 cases have been confirmed so far. 17374 have been discharged while858 patients have died.

In what can be considered a relief, 438 cases of Covid-19 have been reported in Nigeria. A reduction from the 600 vicinity reported often in recent times. With this ,Nigeria is just 23 cases shy of the 40,000 mark. 16948 patients have been discharged while 856 deaths have been reported.
