The number of confirmed cases in Nigeria has risen to 89. This comes as NCDC announced 8 new cases on its Twitter handle, 7 in Lagos and an index case in Benue. So far just one death has been recorded with 3 patients discharged.

11 more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Nigeria bringing the total to 81. 8 of the new cases are in Lagos, 2 in Enugu and 1 in Edo state. Of the 81 cases, 3 have been discharged with one death bringing the number of active cases to 77.

Three new cases of Covid-19 have been recorded in the FCT and another two in Oyo state. This brings the total number of new cases in Nigeria to 5 and the total number of confirmed cases to 70.

The National center for disease control says 14 new cases of Covid-19 have been discovered in Nigeria. Of the 14, 12 are in Lagos while two are in the FCT. 6 were discovered on a vessel. 3 returned from outside the country and 1 is a close contact of a confirmed case.
