CCT FINDS ONNOGHEN GUILTY,BANS HIM FROM PUBLIC OFFICE FOR TEN YEARS__Ada Nkong

Suspended Chief justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen has been found guilty of false asset declaration by the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) .
Danladi Umar, CCT chairman, found him guilty of the six count charges preferred against him by the federal government.
Umar in his verdict, ordered that Onnoghen be removed from the office of Chief Justice and banned from public office for 10 years.
He also ordered the confiscation of the money in the five bank accounts of Onnoghen that he did not declare.
