Amidst complains by the Presidential task force that Nigerians are not keeping the guidelines of social distancing after the eased lockdown, the NCDC has confirmed 245 more cases of Covid-19 in Nigeria. Deaths have risen to 93 and the number of discharged patients has risen to 417.
Lagos is top on the list with 78,Katsina,37 Jigawa 32, Kano 23 and the FCT 19. Borno has 18 cases, Edo 10 Bauchi 9, Adamawa 6,Oyo and Ogun 5, Ekiti,Osun, Benue ,Niger and Zamfara 1 each.
The total number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 so far is 2802.
The use of facemasks ordered by the Federal government is not been co.plied with 100 percent as people still go about without facemasks.
