The court of appeal sitting in Abuja has reserved judgement PDP’s Ademola Adeleke appeal against the judgement of the tribunal upturning his victory as Governor in the Osun state governorship elections.
The appeal was heard by a three member panel of judges led by M.F .Shuaibu. The panel said date for judgement would be communicated to all parties.
Adetola and the All progressive congress were 1st and 2nd respondents in the case.
