It is common knowledge that in Cross River State, one federal Lawmaker stands out in the way he represents his people in terms of availability, closeness to the people and constituency projects.
Where some have to fight hard to present a defense when issues of accountability are brought to the fore, periodic reports of projects executed as well as human development efforts are the norm for Senator Jarigbe Agom.
Thankfully, the people of Northern Cross River can heave a sigh of relief as he clinched the ticket for a second term, guaranteeing them another four years of quality representation at the Senate.
The high level of confidence built by Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe through his brand of leadership has raised the consciousness of the people of Northern Cross River to the fact that all of the dividends of democracy we crave are actually deliverable if the elected officials decide to do the needful.
Today we congratulate the people’s Senator and urge him like Oliver Twist to continue to do more, especially in the area of getting our young persons into the Federal Civil Service.
It has been an impactful three years by all standards, we look forward to a broader scorecard in the years ahead with enthusiasm.
